Parents, I ask on behalf of all the instructors:
Please give your private lesson time to the teachers and your child. Come in and video/watch quietly the last 5 minutes of the lesson if you wish too. Video is always a good idea. Sometimes parents can become too vocal with the students and teachers during these sessions but please remember that your child is already getting feedback from the teacher. A private lesson is a learning curve…we do not expect the students to do these steps perfectly the first go. We want to challenge them so that they have steps to improve on throughout the year! Sometime the pressure on the students from teacher/parent becomes overwhelming. Please do not add to the pressure by “helping” the teachers instruct! All of us want your child to excel!!
