Miss Renee credits her early and lifelong training from the Grand Matriarch of Dance, Mrs. Doris Sitter of the Doris Sitter School of Dance in Moose Jaw. At a young age, she pursued many workshops and summer schools having regular contact with many noted Canadian Teachers like Brian Foley, Sonia Chamberlain, etc. and was a regular competition/exam student. McKenna started dancing at the age of 4 years old at Van Dance Studios in Lethbridge, where she received training in tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, lyrical, modern, and musical theatre. McKenna has completed her Grade 8 Al Gilbert tap examination and Grade 8 Royal Academy of Dance ballet examination. She danced competitively for over 12 years at competitions across Western Canada and in the United States. Miss Amara was born and raised in Lethbridge Alberta where her love for dancing began at age three. Over her career as a dance student she has completed all graded levels of RAD ballet, Al Gilbert tap and ADAPT jazz exams but her passion for dancing didn’t stop there.
